There's this place right in the heart of the city, in the Union Square. It's called Traian and has a nice Belle Epoque appearance. It seems it was designed by Eiffel himself. The staff is very nice, and multilingual. You'll feel like home for just 49 Euros. Book ahead at 266 666.
